About the role: As a VS technician/HVAC technician at CBRE, you work with troubleshooting, service, and planned maintenance within our property contracts. The work is varied and requires good ability to plan, prioritize, and drive tasks independently. Travel to other locations may occur. Responsibilities

• Independently troubleshoot and rectify faults in VS/HVAC installations in various types of properties

• Perform ongoing maintenance, repairs, as well as alterations and new installations

• Handle operational disruptions and urgent cases

• Suggest improvements and changes for operations, function, and energy efficiency

• Independently manage contact and feedback with colleagues, clients, and tenants

• Collaborate with other operations staff and technical specialists within CBRE

• Certified HVAC technician/VS technician

• Multi-year documented experience of service work within HVAC in a property environment

• Very good ability to work independently in various types of properties

• Good knowledge of the interaction between all building installations

• Ability to plan, prioritize, and drive work with a high degree of service

• Authorization according to Säkert Vatten (Safe Water)

• Category B driver's license

• Extract from the criminal record is required

• Technically knowledgeable with a genuine interest in properties

• Service-oriented, social, and trust-building

• Structured with good ability to plan and prioritize

• Team player who collaborates well with customers and colleagues
