Security Assistance Syd AB is an authorized security company headquartered in Malmö. We offer a wide range of services within guarding, alarm center operations, and security for private individuals, businesses, and public organizations.

Our operations are certified according to ISO 9001, ISO 14001, SSF 136 (alarm center), and SSF 1063 (security company).

We are now looking for guards for on-call employment and holiday relief in Malmö.

About the Position

As a guard with us, you play a vital role in creating a sense of safety for our customers and their operations. The work is varied and may involve everything from stationary guarding and patrol rounds to alarm responses and handling technical security systems.

Since the operation of technical installations occurs daily, you must be interested in technology and have the ability to understand technical instructions.

It is also an advantage if you have knowledge of property maintenance (e.g., plumbing, electrical, or operations and maintenance), as we have a significant number of clients within this customer segment.

About You

We are looking for someone who is responsible, service-oriented, and thrives in a work environment where no two days are alike.

You are flexible, stress-resistant, and solution-oriented with a positive attitude towards new challenges.

You enjoy a varied work environment and have the ability to remain calm even in stressful situations.

We prefer that you live in or have good knowledge of the area. It is also an advantage if you speak multiple languages.

Basic Requirements:

• Basic Guard Training (at least VU1)
• Fluent in Swedish (spoken and written) with good knowledge of English
• Flexible
• Service-oriented
• Stress-resistant
• Non-criminal record
• Sound personal finances
• Category B driver's license and good driving skills

Additional Information

Employment with Security Assistance Syd AB requires approval from the County Administrative Board according to the Act (1974:191) on Security Companies. All staff are assessed regarding compliance with the law, civic reliability, and suitability. This means that information may be obtained from criminal and suspicion registers as well as from the Swedish Security Service.

Depending on the position, a security clearance according to the Security Protection Act (2018:585) may also be required.

Salary and employment terms are regulated by a collective agreement between Säkerhetsföretagen and Svenska Transportarbetareförbundet.
