About the Role

We are now looking for an Economic Assistant who wants to become part of our office team in Ängelholm. In this role, you will support the company's economic manager in daily operations while collaborating closely with the CEO and other functions within the business. You will be offered a varied role with opportunities for development over time, aligned with the company's needs and your own ambitions.

You will be based at the office in Ängelholm together with the rest of the office staff and the CEO. We are a tight-knit and positive group that cares deeply for one another.

Responsibilities

The responsibilities include ongoing economic administration, such as:

  • Handling incoming and outgoing invoices
  • Payroll administration
  • Economic administration and follow-up
  • Other administrative tasks as needed

The work is primarily carried out in the business and economic systems Visma and Fortnox, as well as in Excel.

Qualifications

Requirements

  • Relevant education in economics from a university or university college.
  • Very good knowledge of Excel.
  • Very good proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written.

Advantageous

  • Experience with economic-related tasks.
  • Experience with Visma.
  • Experience with Fortnox.

Practical Information

  • Employment level: 80% - 100% based on agreement.
  • Working hours: Weekdays, Monday - Friday (excluding public holidays).
