Do you want to work operationally with recruitment in a role where you drive processes and support managers? The Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority (FI) is now looking for an HR Specialist with a focus on recruitment for a fixed-term position.

About the job

As an HR Specialist, you are responsible for planning, driving, and executing recruitment processes from needs analysis to employment decisions. You work closely with managers throughout the organization and contribute to ensuring fair, structured, and efficient recruitment.

In this role, you drive the entire recruitment process from creating job profiles to making employment decisions. You support managers in needs analysis, job profiling, as well as selection and interviews, and consistently work according to competency-based recruitment methodology. Furthermore, you are responsible for ensuring that recruitment processes maintain high quality and that documentation is handled correctly.

The role also includes administrative tasks related to recruitment and other HR activities, including diary management, as well as coordinating induction training for new employees.

You provide support and advice to managers on matters concerning recruitment, working methods, and regulations, and collaborate closely with HR colleagues on issues related to the organization's competence supply.

The role involves driving several processes in parallel and working in an environment with clear requirements for structure and documentation. At the same time, working methods and processes are under development, offering the opportunity to contribute to improvements.

Your education and experience

We are looking for someone who has

  • an academic degree in HR, behavioral science, or equivalent
  • a few years of experience in operational recruitment work
  • experience in independently driving entire recruitment processes
  • documented experience in competency-based recruitment
  • strong administrative skills and familiarity with working in recruitment systems
  • good ability to express yourself in Swedish, both orally and in writing.

It is meritorious if you have

  • experience of recruitment within the public sector.
