Therefore, we are now looking for a Logistics and Resource Coordinator who wants to contribute to creating structure, foresight, and stability in our home care service. Here, you will work closely with the operations and be a key part in ensuring that planning works in practice – every day.

About the position

As a Logistics and Resource Coordinator, you work with planning and coordinating the overall staffing and scheduling in the operation. You play an important role in ensuring that the planning is sustainable over time and that schedules and planning materials maintain high quality.

You work closely with the other Logistics and Resource Coordinator, team leaders, and the operations manager, contributing to creating structure and stability in the planning work. The role involves varied tasks where you need to have good foresight, be meticulous in your approach, and be able to handle multiple planning issues simultaneously. Some of your main responsibilities:

  • Plan and coordinate the overall staffing and scheduling based on the operation's needs.
  • Develop and adjust master schedules and ensure long-term sustainable planning.
  • Ensure that schedules and planning materials are correct and follow decided routines.
  • Support team leaders and managers in matters concerning scheduling and planning.
  • Work in the planning system and contribute to creating structure and quality in the planning work.
  • Be responsible for the administrative work regarding the operation's resources, such as phones, cars, and bicycles.

The position is a permanent full-time employment with start date according to agreement. A probationary period may be applicable. Our operations are located throughout Sollentuna Municipality, and your workplace is centrally located in Sollentuna.

About you

To succeed in this role, you have:

  • A high school education in economics, administration, or another equivalent relevant direction.
  • Experience in scheduling, planning, or administrative work in an operation with many employees.
  • Good system proficiency and experience working in digital planning or operation systems.
  • Ability to work systematically and create an overview in planning work.
  • Good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing.

You thrive in a role where you need to plan, prioritize, and follow up on your work to ensure that planning works in practice. You enjoy collaborating with colleagues and managers and communicate clearly on matters concerning planning and changes in the operation.
