About the Job
Kundservice Bank is the hub of our banking operations, focusing on needs analysis, sales, and first-class service. We take care of our customers both within the scope of our role, but also collaborate daily with colleagues and other departments to best meet customer needs.
Kundservice Bank operates throughout Bergslagen. In this advertisement, we are looking for staff for Västmanland County (offices in Västerås and Sala). The role involves working at all offices within the county, but you will be based in Västerås.
We care that you feel secure in your role and want to give you the right conditions to succeed in the job. Therefore, the process includes an introduction consisting of digital and instructor-led training, reading material, and call monitoring. The introduction gives you a good foundation to stand on, but also requires significant personal responsibility and a willingness to learn.

Who Are You?
This role involves customer contact in all its forms, with a strong focus on needs analysis and needs-based sales. In this recruitment, we are looking for you who are accustomed to sales and have previously worked in customer service. You need to be confident using computers and phones, as well as have good Swedish and English skills – both spoken and written.
To thrive in the role, you need to be driven by sales and feel a personal responsibility to work towards set goals. Since we operate in a market that is constantly evolving, you as a person need to have a positive attitude towards changes and new ways of working.
