About the Role

Depending on your experience, you may already work in an advisory capacity today – or gradually develop further into the role of an advisor.

Here, you will have a role where you combine qualified accounting with advisory services and work closely with our customers as a financial and strategic sounding board. You take responsibility for long-term customer assignments, ensure quality and deliveries, and contribute to a clear, secure, and professional customer experience. Through your competence, curiosity, and ability to see the big picture, you help strengthen and develop both our customers' businesses and Hägglund & Co.

Your Assignment

You will, among other things:

• Be responsible for qualified accounting services within bookkeeping, annual accounts, annual reports, and tax returns.
• Contribute to high quality in customer service, accounting, analysis, and advisory services.
• Transform numbers into value-creating insights for our customers.
• Be a reliable sounding board for business owners on financial matters.
• Work advisory on e.g., cash flow, profitability, tax, pricing, and planning.
• Work with and in digital workflows, system support, automation, and efficiency improvements.
• Contribute to further developing and strengthening our methods and processes that create value for both customers and the team as the business develops.
• Contribute to a creative, solution-oriented, and positive work climate.

• Have several years of experience in qualified accounting work and a secure foundation to stand on.

• Are communicative, receptive, and solution-oriented in meetings with both customers and colleagues.

• Have analytical skills and can turn numbers into insights and improvements.
• Have positive energy, a humble attitude, and enjoy contributing to a professional and thoughtful work climate.
• Have the ability to maintain calm, focus, and good judgment even when there is a lot to do.
• Want to develop both professionally and personally and have the drive to grow into a more advisory and business-developing role.
• Speak and write Swedish fluently.

Authorization as an accounting consultant is meritorious but not decisive. More important is that you have the right basic competence, sense of responsibility, curiosity, and willingness to continue developing together with us.
