Your new workplace

Hagaskolan is a comprehensive and adapted primary school for grades F-9 with approximately 550 students. Hagaskolan is beautifully located in a quiet villa area in the northern part of Sundsvall. Our goal is for all students to experience security and achieve expected knowledge through our staff having high expectations, good relationships, and a positive approach.

How you contribute in the role of Teacher/Special Needs Teacher

In your role as a teacher, you plan, conduct, and evaluate your teaching based on current regulatory documents. You are part of a team where you together reflect and act with a focus on creating a safe and stimulating learning environment. You will collaborate with teachers and other professional categories where you exchange experiences, engaging in collegial learning.

Your competence and experience

We are looking for you who have teacher certification as a special needs teacher/special educator within the area of intellectual disability, or teacher certification with experience working with students with intellectual disability variations. We expect you to have the ability to work independently and take initiative, be flexible, and have good collaboration skills. Seeing solutions instead of obstacles is a given with us.
