Statens institutionsstyrelse (SiS) is a government agency responsible for providing individually adapted compulsory care for young people with complex psychosocial issues and for adults with substance abuse problems. SiS Youth Home Bärby, located outside Uppsala, receives boys who are not subject to compulsory schooling and who have psychosocial issues, as well as criminal and substance abuse problems.

Job Description

Do you want to work in an administrative function and contribute to higher quality in our operations? Apply for the position of HR Administrator at SiS. The role is an important part of creating the conditions for SiS to create a more equitable and efficient way of working throughout the organization.

As an HR Administrator, you support the institution's managers in administrative HR work and contribute to creating the conditions for them to fully do what they are best at: being present managers. In this role, you work operationally, independently, and broadly across the entire HR area, such as recruitment, diary management, contract writing, handling payroll issues, and labor law questions regarding terms and conditions. You will collaborate with different professional groups at the institution, within the agency, but also with actors outside the agency, such as the State Service Center. You have experience and knowledge of working in various personnel systems. At SiS, we work in Primula, Ciceron/Diabas, and Reachmee, to name a few systems.

Qualifications

To perform the job in the best way, we have the following requirements:

• Relevant post-secondary education in payroll/HR or equivalent experience.
• Experience in broad administrative HR work.
• Experience in working with managerial support.
• Good knowledge of payroll issues.
• Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.

Merits:

• Knowledge of Swedish public sector labor law.
• Experience working with competency-based recruitment.
• Experience working in Primula.

Employment:

The position is a full-time temporary assignment until the end of February 2027. Start date by agreement.
