IT Technician specializing in Networks and Servers

We are looking for an engaged and solution-oriented IT Technician specializing in networks and servers. In this role, you will work with the operation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and development of our IT infrastructure. You will become an important part of the business and contribute to ensuring stable, secure, and efficient IT environments.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain network equipment and server environments
• Monitor operation, performance, and availability in the IT environment
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues within networks, servers, and related systems
• Work with security, backups, updates, and preventive maintenance
• Provide technical support to users and collaborate with internal and external parties
• Receive and handle incoming tickets from users and customers
• Visit customers for installation, troubleshooting, support, and other technical on-site interventions
• Participate in the development and improvement of various parts within networks and infrastructure
• Document changes, routines, and technical solutions

Qualifications

• Experience working with networks and server administration
• Good knowledge of troubleshooting, operation, and maintenance of IT infrastructure
• Ability to work in a structured, independent, and solution-oriented manner
• Good communication skills and a high sense of service
• Valid driver's license (Category B) is required
• Advantageous with knowledge in virtualization, firewalls, and cloud services
• Advantageous with experience in Windows Server, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365
• Advantageous with experience in network equipment such as switches, routers, and wireless networks
• Advantageous with experience working in ticketing systems and documenting technical solutions
• Advantageous with experience in customer contact and working in environments where service and interaction are important
• Certifications in areas such as Microsoft, Cisco, or other relevant fields are advantageous
