About the assignment:
Our client is a woman in her 60s living in an apartment in Älvsjö. There is a cat in the home, so it is preferable if you like cats and are certainly not allergic. The client uses a wheelchair, and your duties as a personal assistant include helping her with various daily tasks, such as personal hygiene, cooking, and other household chores. You will accompany the client on various errands and go for walks.
We are looking for you:
We are looking for someone who enjoys working with people, is positive, and creative. Above all, you are attentive to the client's needs and have the ability to create a sense of security. It is important that you are empathetic and patient.
A nursing education or experience working as a personal assistant or similar is meritorious but not decisive. The most important factors are your personality and the chemistry with the client. We also value flexibility regarding working hours and the ability to step in with short notice.
Working hours and degree of employment: Working hours are around the clock, with approximately five and a half hours of on-call duty at night.
Employment type: Hourly employment.
Salary: Fixed hourly wage according to collective agreement.
Start date: Immediately
Work in the home of elderly persons or adults with disabilities is subject to register control according to the Act (2026:43) on register control in work in the homes of elderly persons or adults with disabilities. The law applies from March 1, 2026. In support of the law, we as a company have a policy to request extracts from the criminal record register in connection with new hires. The register control is carried out as a final step in the recruitment process and is part of our overall suitability assessment.
