Heidelberg Materials Precast Contiga is Sweden's largest producer of prefabricated frames, with its own manufacturing of both steel frames and concrete elements. Having both a steel workshop and a concrete element factory contributes to cost-effective overall solutions, great flexibility, fast deliveries, and smooth production coordination. Job Description

The work primarily involves forming, reinforcing, and pouring concrete walls. You will collaborate closely with other staff who reinforce, pour, and also perform post-processing on the walls. The work includes reading drawings, and you will work in small teams. Some tasks are physically demanding. Your workday also includes regular maintenance of the factory and ensuring high quality through sampling. You contribute to ensuring that the production facility operates smoothly and efficiently.

Qualifications

You are service-oriented and strive for high quality in every delivery. Your work ethic is characterized by teamwork and a strong desire for continuous development. You thrive in a varied work environment, are observant of what needs to be done, and are not afraid to put in effort when required.

We are looking for someone with experience from the construction industry and a technical education from upper secondary school or equivalent, which gives you a good foundation. Your competencies also include language skills, where you have a good command of Swedish, both spoken and written. Additionally, you have good computer skills and a valid B-driver's license. If you have also completed training in concrete production level II, this is considered an advantage.
