Who are we looking for?

We are looking for you who have a background in qualified accounting work and want to take the next step in a role where you get to combine operational work with the development of processes and structure.

Requirements and qualifications:

• University or college education in business administration, economics, or related fields
• At least 2 years of experience with ongoing bookkeeping
• Good knowledge of Excel and experience from ERP systems
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Meritorious with experience in budgeting and forecasting.

What does the role entail?

In the role as an Accountant, you get a central position in a business where the finance function works close to the business. You are responsible for ongoing accounting and participate in closing processes as well as follow-up, while also contributing to developing and streamlining processes in line with the company's growth. The role involves close collaboration with both management and other functions, where your work creates prerequisites for quality, transparency, and well-founded decisions.

With tasks including, for example:

• Ongoing accounting and reconciliations
• Involvement in monthly closing and support in annual closing
• Handling of VAT, taxes, and declarations
• Account reconciliations and quality assurance of accounting
• Support in reporting and follow-up of key figures
• Participation in budgeting and forecasting
• Development and streamlining of finance processes
• System-related tasks linked to the finance function.

The assignment is an initial 6-month consulting position starting immediately, with a possible option for extension. The client has its headquarters in Barkarbystaden and the work is scheduled for 40 hours per week. This recruitment process includes background checks compiling previous public criminal records and financial credit information. Interested?
