About the role

As a Consultant Manager, you are responsible for approximately 40 consultants working on assignments at our customers. You are their closest manager and work actively to create engagement, well-being, and the right conditions for them to succeed in their assignments.

The role is broad and varied. You work both operationally and relationally, with responsibility for consultant care, customer dialogues, and the development of existing business. The daily routine is sometimes characterized by a high tempo and short deadlines, which requires you to be able to prioritize, create structure, and drive several processes in parallel.

You will mainly work with:

• Matching, recruitment, and placement of consultants
• Personnel responsibility and remote leadership
• Consultant care and development
• Work environment responsibility and personnel administration
• Customer contact, customer visits, and relationship building
• Upselling and development of existing customers
• Building and maintaining candidate networks
• Follow-up of KPIs and business goals

You will work with consultants within several different competence areas, such as HR, finance, logistics, procurement, and technology. Therefore, we are looking for someone who is curious, quick to understand different types of roles, and has the ability to understand the customer's needs.

We would like you to have experience from roles within, for example, staffing, recruitment, HR, customer responsibility, or other service- and relationship-oriented roles. You feel comfortable in digital environments and are open to using AI tools and other digital aids in daily life. A B-driver's license is required.
