About the Role

As a Consulting Manager, you are responsible for consultants assigned to assignments within the public sector. You are their closest manager, and your task is to ensure accurate and efficient delivery, from requirement profile to appointment and follow-up.

The role is largely operational and structured, where you work closely with processes that require careful documentation, clear communication, and a good understanding of both the customer's needs and the candidate's competence.

You will primarily work with:

• Matching candidates and consultants to assignments
• Recruitment and appointment of new consultants
• Consultant responsibility, follow-up, and work environment management
• Interpretation and analysis of requirement profiles
• Ongoing communication with customers and candidates
• Administration related to assignments and employment
• Handling and quality assurance of materials and documentation
• Support in bidding and procurement processes
• Follow-up according to KPIs and delivery goals
