ToppTalang is now looking for driven appointment setters who want to gain practical experience in sales and recruitment while building valuable business experience.
About ToppTalang
ToppTalang is a growing recruitment agency that helps companies find the right talent in areas such as sales, finance, technology, construction, and service. We work closely with our clients, focusing on quality, long-term relationships, and modern recruitment solutions.
About the Role
As an appointment setter at ToppTalang, you will contact companies and generate interest in our recruitment services. Your task is to book qualified customer meetings. The actual meeting is then held by an experienced recruiter at ToppTalang.
You work fully remotely and receive:
- Introduction
- Support and coaching
- Access to CRM system
- Ready-made contact lists
- Scripts and structure
All you need is:
- Computer or phone
- Headset
- Stable internet connection
- The right attitude
A typical workday might look like this
You will receive ready-made contact lists with companies that already show signs of recruitment needs. Your task will be to contact decision-makers, briefly present ToppTalang, and find out if they are open to an initial meeting.
Not all calls lead to a booking, but you are not cold calling – you contact companies where there is already a relevant entry point. You follow up on previous dialogues, book meetings when there is interest, and document everything continuously.
Compensation
The role is 100% commission-based, meaning your compensation is based on the results you create. For the right person, there is therefore a good opportunity to earn significantly more than in many traditional part-time jobs.
Our compensation model:
- 800 SEK per booked and completed qualified customer meeting
- 20% of the client's start fee when the contract is signed
- 5% of the remaining fee when the candidate starts with the client
To make it clear, let's take a practical example:
If you book a meeting that leads to the client signing a recruitment assignment with a total fee of 50,000 SEK, where the start fee is 10%, your compensation could be:
- 800 SEK for the booked meeting
- 1,000 SEK when the client signs the contract
- 2,500 SEK when the candidate starts with the client
Total: 4,350 SEK for a single client case.
And this is calculated based on a relatively normal/lower recruitment fee. With larger recruitments or multiple deals simultaneously, the compensation can become significantly higher.

Previous experience is meritorious but not required. The right personality, drive, and willingness to learn are most important.
Misqualifications
- Studies in sales/B2B, HR, or economics
- VET education in business sales or other relevant direction
- Experience in service, retail, phone contact, or sales
- Interest in entrepreneurship, people, and business

To ensure the role works well, work shifts must be booked in blocks of at least 4 hours at a time. This gives you significantly better flow, helps you get into the conversations faster, and increases your chances of getting results – compared to calling for 20 minutes here and an hour there. Work shifts and booking efforts are planned in advance together with ToppTalang, so that you get the right conditions and so that we can ensure quality in both bookings and customer follow-up.
Employment Type
Fixed-term employment, usually 2-3 months at a time, with the possibility of extension for the right person. Period, scope, and work shifts are planned continuously based on your availability, ToppTalang's needs, and what works best in the collaboration.
If the collaboration works well and both parties wish to continue, there are good opportunities to continue even after the summer.
