Who are you?

As a Contracting Engineer, you will work closely with the Site Manager and support them on-site. We are looking for candidates with a background in one of the following areas: residential, civil, and commercial construction, including ROT projects and/or new production. As a person, you are flexible in your working methods when needed, yet experienced in project work. It is fundamental that you are self-reliant but also capable of collaborating with others. You are meticulous, strong in administrative tasks, and always deliver on deadline. You are also communicative, structured, solution-oriented, and engaged in the project.

Qualifications:

• At least five years of experience as a Contracting Engineer and/or Project Engineer within the construction industry.
• Relevant education or equivalent work experience.
• Good knowledge of the construction industry regulations – general conditions AB04/ABT06, ABK.
• Clear and fluent communication skills in both Swedish and English, written and spoken.
• Valid driver's license (Category B).

Employment Type:

Project-based employment, Permanent employment, or Subcontractor.
