Who are you?

As a Contracting Engineer, you will work closely with the Site Manager and support them in site leadership. We see that you, as a candidate, have a background in one of the following areas: residential, public, and commercial construction in the form of ROT (Repair, Replace, Extend) and/or new production. As a person, you are flexible in your working methods when needed, but you are also experienced in working within projects. It is fundamental that you are self-initiating, but that you can also collaborate effectively with others. You are detail-oriented, strong in administrative tasks, and always deliver on time. You are communicative, structured, solution-oriented, and engaged in the project.

Qualifications:

• Have at least five years of experience in contracting engineering and/or project engineering roles within the construction industry.
• Have relevant education or equivalent work experience.
• You have good knowledge of the construction industry, including general conditions (AB04/ABT06, ABK).
• You communicate clearly and well in both Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing.
• Valid driver's license (Category B).

Employment Type:
