Since 2005, DVT Assistans has worked to create everyday flow for both our clients and our assistants. We do this by offering personal assistance built on engagement, respect, and care – something that makes a real difference for clients, relatives, and our employees. We are an employer that values our staff. At DVT Assistans, you work under safe and good conditions, with collective agreements, occupational pension, and wellness benefits as a natural part of your employment. It is important to us that you, as an assistant, feel appreciated, secure, and involved. Our core values – Participation, Dignity, and Accessibility – permeate the entire operation and are a living part of our daily work. Today, DVT Assistans employs approximately 350 personal assistants. With us, you get more than a job – you get the world's most important job, where you have the opportunity to make a difference in another person's life, every single day.

You now have the opportunity to help build a completely new team for our client, who is currently moving home after a stay in a care facility.

He is a 65-year-old man who likes to be active within his capabilities, has a wonderful sense of humor, and a great interest in animals.

He lives with his wife in the countryside, approximately 15 minutes by car from Linköping.

We are looking for both men and women for this position. You MUST have your own car to commute to and from work.

We would like you to have a positive attitude towards life, a sense of order and tidiness, and preferably prior experience working as an assistant.

You must not be allergic to fur-bearing animals (cats and horses), and you need to have very good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written.

There are lifting equipment available for transfers at the workplace. The client receives food via a feeding tube and catheter, so experience in handling these is a plus.

The positions are for approximately 75% of a full-time role. There is also waiting time (approx. 7 hours) during the nights. You will work approximately 5–6 nights per month.

We will also be in need of hourly substitutes.

If this is something you would like to work with, please send your personal cover letter and CV to us as soon as possible.

We place great importance on your personal cover letter, where we want to know who you are and why you are applying for this specific job.

A driver's license and your own car are mandatory.
