Personal Assistant for Man in his 30s – Färjestaden

We are looking for a personal assistant for a man in his 30s with an acquired brain injury, residing in Färjestaden with his family. The assignment involves providing individually adapted support in the client's daily life with the goal of creating security, participation, and good quality of life.

The work as a personal assistant is varied and includes personal care, support in daily routines, training, as well as assistance during activities and transfers. The work is performed in the client's home, at the workplace, and in other environments where the client is present.

The position involves working during the day, evening, and night. Shifts are scheduled as 24-hour shifts with on-call duty during the night. We value flexibility and the ability to work on an ad-hoc basis with short notice.

You will be part of an established assistant team where collaboration, continuity, and professionalism are central to the assignment. The role requires responsibility, sensitivity, and the ability to work based on the client's individual needs and routines.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who:

• Has a professional and respectful attitude
• Is secure, stable, and responsible in your professional role
• Has good teamwork skills and can work independently
• Has good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
• Can document and follow established routines

Experience in personal assistance, healthcare, or work with neurological disabilities is an advantage, but personal suitability is considered of great importance.

A certificate of good conduct (extract from the criminal record) is required upon employment according to company routines.
