We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for a Facilities Management Supervisor, starting June 1st until the turn of the year. About the Role
Our client is now seeking an engaged Facilities Management Supervisor who wants to take responsibility for the operation and delivery of technical property management and building maintenance in the Central Region. You will be part of an established team, with colleagues present at the company's larger offices and facilities in the region.
As a Facilities Management Supervisor, you are the link between the business, business areas, and external service providers. You have overall responsibility for ensuring that assigned properties and offices are maintained optimally, that operational budgets are adhered to, and that quality and sustainability goals are met. This is a dynamic assignment for you who thrive on combining operational management, financial monitoring, and close collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for the daily building and service operations of facilities and offices within the region.
- Handle contacts with the business area at an operational level.
- Prepare operational budgets for technical property management and building maintenance in collaboration with service providers for assigned properties, and ensure budget adherence.
- Collaborate with and manage suppliers of technical building services, as well as monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), product, and service quality in existing contracts.
- Actively contribute to creating a functional team with individual and shared responsibility for the group's delivery.
- Contribute to operational development and continuous improvements within building operations.
- Handle ongoing administrative work and ensure efficient information and communication to relevant parties.
Who We Are Looking For
- Documented experience in technical property management, building operations, or a similar role within Facilities Management, with a focus on hard services.
- Experience in financial monitoring and working with operational budgets.
- Experience in supplier management and monitoring agreed key performance indicators (OPI/SLA).
- Fluent in Swedish (spoken and written) and good knowledge of English.
- Proficient in computer skills and comfortable with administrative work supporting daily operations.
