Zeca Entreprenad AB is a construction company operating throughout Stockholm and its surrounding areas. We are a general contractor handling everything from commercial buildings, architect-designed villas, and timber frame houses to extensions and renovations.

We are looking for an Administrative Accountant.

About Us

While this is an administrative role, if needed, we jump on the job site in work clothes to contribute. This could mean oiling panels, helping get a work vehicle for inspection, or delivering a box of screws to a project site. About the Role

As an Administrative Accountant, you will play a key role in the company's financial processes and reporting. You will also handle various administrative tasks:

  • Manage supplier and customer invoices
  • Bookkeeping and payment follow-up
  • Perform monthly closing and prepare annual accounts
  • Process ongoing financial transactions
  • Manage project and cost tracking within construction projects
  • Ensure all financial routines are followed according to company guidelines
  • Manage the company's social media
  • Handle payroll documentation
  • Write meeting minutes
  • Ensure the company's annual calendar is followed
  • Support management with administrative tasks and certain HR matters

The position is full-time, starting in August, and is a permanent position with a 6-month probation period.

Qualifications

  • Trained accountant (redovisningsekonom)
  • Experience in financial work within the construction industry
  • Good knowledge of Excel, Bygglet, Fortnox, and Visma
  • Structured and detail-oriented
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Good command of Swedish, both spoken and written
  • Valid B driver's license
