Job Description

Are you a skilled carpenter looking for a secure and established company? Then we would love to have you join our team! At A-Staffing Construction, we place great value on quality in our deliveries as well as the well-being of our employees. For over fifteen years, we have worked with new construction, renovation, conversion, and infrastructure in both small and large projects. In West Sweden, we have contributed to hundreds of projects, ranging from housing and schools to hospitals and shopping centers. Our clients are exclusively construction companies; we do not work with private individuals.

Profile

We are currently looking for several carpenters for various projects within drywall installation, renovation, facade work, and roofing. New assignments come in continuously. You will be part of our carpenter team and work both independently and in collaboration with colleagues, depending on the project's nature. With our broad experience and stable customer base, we always find projects that suit your background and skills.

Personality

We are looking for you who have experience from the construction industry and enjoy practical work of high quality. It is an advantage if you have a vocational certificate as a woodworker or equivalent experience in construction and carpentry.

Salary and Employment Terms

You will be employed under the collective agreement "Byggavtalet" (The Construction Agreement), which includes:

• Salary: Hourly wage or performance-based pay depending on the project
• Insurance
• Working time reduction
• Wellness allowance

The employment is initially for six months. If everything goes well and we get along, the employment will convert to a permanent position (fixed-term contract).
