Do you want to work close to customers, technology, and business in a leading industrial conglomerate – while based in Kiruna? We are looking for a Technical Salesperson, Tools Sales Support Representative, at Sandvik, focusing on rock and drilling tools for the mining industry.

About the Role

In this position, you are responsible for building long-term relationships, ensuring high customer satisfaction, and driving sales through both technical support and active product sales. A key part of the job involves regular customer visits to listen to their needs and identify the right solutions at the right time. You conduct site visits to analyze drilling tools, provide advice on usage and maintenance, deliver technical training to customers, and generate reports using digital tools for both internal teams and customers. Together with the sales team and Account Manager, you convert customer recommendations and quotes into business deals that contribute to achieving sales targets.

Your Background

You are technically interested and thrive in a role where you are close to both the customer and the operations, preferably within mining or industry. Experience in sales is a plus. With a clear customer focus and a solution-oriented mindset, you help drive the business forward.

We believe you:

• Have a high school education, preferably with a technical focus
• Are proficient with computers and work in a structured manner
• Have good knowledge of Swedish and English, as well as a valid driver’s license (Category B)
• Have experience from fields such as field service, production, or maintenance
• Have a network in Kiruna
• Are self-motivated, communicative, and enjoy building relationships
