Do you want to work flexibly and digitally while making a real difference for children and young people? Psykiatripartners Barn och Unga, part of KRY, is now looking for a licensed psychologist who wants to combine high clinical quality with development, innovation, and modern working methods.
Here you have the opportunity to work in a business where ideas are welcome, decision-making paths are short, and you get to influence what future care should look like.
About the role
You will primarily work digitally with:
- Assessment, diagnosis, and treatment
- Neuropsychiatric investigations for children and adolescents
- Collaboration in cross-professional teams
- Contact with guardians, schools, and networks as needed
- Development of working methods and operations
The work is primarily digital with great flexibility, but some presence at one of our clinics occurs a couple of times a month depending on operational needs. We are looking for someone who likes pace, takes responsibility, and thrives in a flexible daily life where quality and efficiency go hand in hand.
We believe that you:
- Are a licensed psychologist with at least three years of clinical experience
- Have interest and experience in child and adolescent psychiatry
- Have experience with neuropsychiatric investigations
- Are flexible, solution-focused, and efficient
- Like digital working methods and independent work
- Want to be part of developing the business – not just managing it
- Thrive in an engaged team with high ambitions and good atmosphere
That's why you will thrive with us
With us, you get:
- Great flexibility and the opportunity for remote work
- A modern and digital working method
- Competent and helpful colleagues
- Opportunity to influence and develop the business
- A workplace with high engagement and short decision-making paths
- Regular supervision and professional support
We are looking for someone who wants more than just “having a job” — you want to be part of building something really good for children and young people who need specialist psychiatric care.
