About Villa Tule
Villa Tule is centrally located in Sundbyberg with proximity to the subway, tram, commuter train, and buses. We have 63 places in the house, of which 36 are for people with cognitive impairment. We have nurses on site between 7-17 every day of the week.
About the role
The Team Leader role is part of Vardaga's winning concept for close leadership. You are a "player-coach" and combine practical work with administration.
Your primary task is to coach and work in the daily care work together with the team. You are a role model for your colleagues. By being engaged, present, answering questions, giving feedback, and confirming your employees, you create a good working climate in the group. You work during the day, weekends, and evenings. The role includes that you:
have personnel and planning responsibility for your work group
are involved in developing and quality-assuring the operations in accordance with Vardaga's concept
collaborate, bounce ideas, and exchange experiences with your fellow team leaders
report to the operations manager and have the opportunity to influence through your participation in the local management group.

Your experience and knowledge

You are educated as a nursing assistant, have good computer skills, and speak and write fluent Swedish. Experience from elderly care and leadership is meritorious for this role. We place great emphasis on personal suitability.
