At Attendo, we are now looking for a nursing assistant/care assistant for Attendo Näsbyterrassen, a modern, newly built residence with a focus on sports and spa that opened in August 2024. We are located just next to Roslags Näsby station in a pleasant new area with cafes, restaurants, and green spaces nearby.

About the role

As a nursing assistant with us, you play a crucial role in creating a safe and stimulating environment for our customers. You are responsible for providing good care and support to our customers. Creating a positive and social atmosphere during mealtimes is a large part of your role, as well as contributing to various activities that brighten up the daily lives of our elderly residents.

Your responsibilities include among other things:

• Personal care according to the company's routines, based on the customer's individual needs and wishes
• Assist with preparing, cooking, and serving meals, cleaning, laundry, etc., as needed
• Perform documentation and work based on decided interventions
• Collaborate with external and internal contacts such as guardians, relatives, residents, nurses, and rehabilitation staff.

Qualifications

Requirements:

• Nursing assistant education of at least 1350 credits.
• Professional certificate from the National Board of Health and Welfare or a certificate from current/former employer regarding permanent employment as a nursing assistant.
• Good knowledge of the Swedish language (spoken and written)
• Good computer skills/computer literacy

Merits:

• Experience from care work in elderly care
• Experience with delegation.
