German Teacher 50% to Nivrena Unit

The Nivrena Unit is an F-9 organization where the school units Essvik and Solede, with lower and middle school, and Nivrena, with middle and upper school, are included. The school's vision is "When students leave the Nivrena Unit, they are well prepared for the future." How you contribute in the role of German teacher

We are now looking for an engaged and inspiring German teacher for teaching in grades 6-9. The position is 50%. As a teacher here, you will have the opportunity to awaken students' interest in language and culture and contribute to their communicative ability and confidence in German.

Responsibilities

• Plan, implement, and evaluate teaching in German according to the current curriculum.
• Adapt teaching based on students' different needs and conditions.
• Assess and document students' knowledge development.
• Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment.
• Collaborate with colleagues and guardians to promote students' development and goal achievement.
• Contribute to the school's joint development work.

Your competence and experience

We are looking for you who:

• Have teacher certification with eligibility to teach German for grades 6-9.
• Have good knowledge of the school's steering documents and pedagogical working methods.
• Are clear, secure, and relationship-building in your leadership.
• Have good collaboration skills and a professional approach.
• Are engaged, flexible, and want to contribute to the school's continued development.
