The company primarily serves clients within cogeneration, industry, water and wastewater (VA), energy, and production, where assignments are often socially critical and regulated. Clients include energy companies, process industries, and larger production facilities across Sweden.

About the Role

As a senior project manager, you will have a central role in both project deliveries and the development of operations in Uppsala.

Your responsibilities will include, among other things:

  • Leading technical assignments within cogeneration, energy, and process industry
  • Driving environmental projects linked to permit processes, environmental investigations, and sustainability work
  • Responsible for customer dialogues, quotation work, and project management
  • Working advisory with customers within energy and industry
  • Being involved in building up and developing the office in Uppsala
  • Acting as a mentor and support to junior colleagues
  • Contributing to business development and long-term customer relations
  • Working closely with technology, operations, and customers

The role involves great variation where projects can differ significantly depending on the customer and operation. Here, you work not as a hired consultant but as a specialist and advisory partner to customers.

We are looking for you who
  • Have several years of experience within energy, cogeneration, water and wastewater (VA), or process industry
  • Have experience in project management, assignment leadership, or personnel responsibility
  • Have worked closely with customers and thrive in an advisory role
  • Have a good understanding of processes, facilities, and technical regulations
  • Speak and write Swedish fluently
  • Have a valid driver's license (Category B)

Meritorious

  • Network within the energy or process industry in Central Sweden
  • Experience in energy efficiency or sustainability work
