On behalf of our client in Borås, we are now looking for an engaged project manager who wants to help ensure the operation and development of the future electricity grid. Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate electricity grid service assignments from start to finish.
• Ensure material requirements, resources, and schedules.
• Manage documentation and follow-up in relevant IT systems.
• Maintain active dialogue with field technicians, suppliers, and clients.
• Responsible for budget and financial follow-up in projects.
• Report status and ensure that safety and quality requirements are met.

Your Profile

We are looking for you with technical understanding and experience from the electricity, energy, construction, or infrastructure industries. You may have worked as a technician, installer, service manager, or have experience with installation projects on larger construction sites.

Requirements:

• Upper secondary education or higher (preferably within electricity, power engineering, or construction/project management).
• Experience in financial follow-up and budget responsibility.
• Very good computer skills and experience with system support.
• Fluent Swedish in speech and writing, as well as a valid driver's license (Category B).

Merits:

• Experience as a construction foreman or similar leadership role.
• Experience in earthworks and infrastructure projects.

As a person, you are confident, social, and communicative. You have a natural ability to build trust with both clients and suppliers through a professional and solution-oriented approach.
