Responsibilities

As a Customer Responsible Mortgage Handler, you have overall responsibility for the customer journey:

• You drive the entire mortgage process, from initial contact to securing the market's best offer for the customer.
• You conduct sharp needs analyses and offer qualified insurance advice to find optimal solutions.
• You maintain an ongoing dialogue with lenders and partners to actively compete in the market.
• You have clear budget responsibility and work with a strong sales and results-oriented focus.
• You are responsible for high administrative quality and ensure that all processes strictly follow current regulations.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who is confident, communicative, and has a natural ability to build trust over the phone. You are energized by handling objections and turning challenges into opportunities.

• A requirement is that you hold a valid Swedsec license for mortgages.
• You have documented experience in sales or customer-facing work where you are accustomed to turning objections into opportunities.
• You are structured, administratively skilled, and thrive with significant independent responsibility.
• We prefer that you have a high school education, but place decisive weight on your personal maturity, endurance, and professional clarity in customer dialogue.
• You are curious, meticulous, and possess a strong inner drive to achieve top results together with your team.
