Who we are and what we do
Our units consist of assistance administrators, senior assistance administrators, resident coordinators, and administrators. Our target group consists of individuals over 18 years of age who apply for support and assistance not covered by the LSS (Act on Support and Service for Persons with Certain Functional Impairments) or who do not belong to the target group for processing within social psychiatry. Our target group is constantly growing, which requires our operations to dare to try new working methods to best meet the challenges of welfare. Here, we try new working methods and evaluate them continuously. You are expected to act according to our values in all contacts and work proactively.

On our units, the Investigation Unit Care 1 and 2, we all have different perspectives on things, but we have jointly decided that our work environment should be characterized by acceptance, security, and positivity, where everyone is equally important.

Job Responsibilities
Do you want to work with investigating and making decisions regarding the need for support and interventions according to the Social Services Act? Do you also want to be involved in the transition work for the new Social Services Act, where earlier and preventive interventions should be more accessible to our residents?

The work is based on a holistic perspective of the individual and their needs, which is done in collaboration with, for example, relatives, healthcare, and other authorities. You will also work with counseling, planning, coordination, and follow-up of decisions in close collaboration with your colleagues, senior assistance administrators, unit managers, and other internal and external actors. The work involves basic documentation and administration, including in the Treserva system.
You will be part of a small team with other assistance administrators. Each team has a shared responsibility for our clients, which is a successful working method that provides good quality for our citizens and a good work environment for you as an employee.

Qualifications
As an assistance administrator, the role involves meetings with different people, and therefore, social skills are required, as well as the ability to create and maintain good relationships, both internally and externally. You are receptive and collaborate well with people in different contexts and functions. In meetings with our clients and their relatives, treatment and interest are important for building trust.
We are looking for someone who has:
- A degree in Social Work (Social Work degree) or a degree from the Social Care program
- Class B driver's license and driving experience
- Good knowledge of the Swedish language in speech, writing, and reading comprehension
We consider it an advantage if you have:
- Experience with case processing
- Work experience in elderly care
- Experience with the Treserva business system
To succeed in the role, you are:
- Structured and have the ability to see what needs to be prioritized, are efficient, and use resources to achieve results in the best way
- Document and write clearly, concisely, and well-structured, and can adapt your texts to the recipient
- Analytical, see logic and connections in complex information, and have the ability to see long-term solutions
A certificate of good conduct (extract from the police record) is required for this position. This will only be requested from the final candidate in the last step of the recruitment process.
