Who are you? To thrive in the role of Site Supervisor, it is fundamental that you enjoy leadership and working in a team. You are flexible and easily adapt to new projects. We prefer that you have a background in one of the following areas: new construction and ROT (Renovation, Extension, and Conversion) of residential properties, public and commercial real estate, with a few years of experience. Your character is characterized by being solution-oriented, result-driven, motivated, structured, and stress-resistant.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has at least five years of experience in the role
• Has relevant education or equivalent work experience
• Communicates clearly and well in both Swedish and English, orally and in writing
• Has a valid Category B driver's license

Other qualifications that are meritorious include:

• Experience as a responsible safety coordinator (BAS-P or BAS-U)
• Good knowledge of the general terms and conditions for construction and civil engineering works (AB/ABT) and the ABK system.
