Do you have extensive experience working with HR administrative processes within a government agency? Do you thrive in analytical roles with many contact points? We are now seeking Development Managers who want to contribute to developing HR's working methods and lead change initiatives, right in the center of the action.

As a Development Manager for HR Technology and Support, you will work on developing and improving HR's working methods and services to create more accessible, efficient, and user-friendly support for managers and employees. We are currently seeking two Development Managers: one for the HR Support section and one for the HR Technology section.

As a Development Manager in HR Support, you will ensure that HR administrative processes are adapted to and function efficiently in operational work. In HR Technology, you will contribute to developing and improving our working methods, collaborations, and internal processes related to HR services, processes, and service. For both roles, your goal is to create smooth and user-friendly HR services for managers and employees at the Government Offices. You will work to ensure that HR support is easily accessible and perceived as smooth and modern.

You drive development from idea to implementation by analyzing needs, preparing decision-making materials, and leading change initiatives in close collaboration with the business operations. The role is clearly linked to operational work, where you ensure that solutions work in practice and meet the needs of the business.

Your Background

To be considered for this role, you must meet all mandatory requirements and preferably also the merit-based criteria.

Requirements:

  • Post-secondary education in the HR field or equivalent extensive relevant experience in HR.
  • Extensive relevant experience working with HR administrative processes within a government agency.
  • Experience working with HR digitalization and development work within a government agency.
  • Very good IT proficiency and comfort working with digital tools, such as the Office suite and MS Teams.
  • Knowledge of process mapping.
  • Knowledge of HR systems.
  • Ability to write clear documentation and user stories.
  • Knowledge of the collective agreement (villkorsavtalet).
  • Knowledge of testing and quality assurance.
  • Knowledge of project management.
  • Knowledge of driving projects.

Merits:

  • Experience from the Government Offices (Regeringskansliet).

The advertisement concerns two permanent positions, starting with a six-month probationary period. Earliest possible start date.

The position is security-classified, and a security investigation with register check will be conducted before a decision on employment is made.
