ABOUT THE POSITION

We at Inre Kraft are currently looking for temporary staff and summer substitutes for a meaningful and rewarding assignment with one of our child clients in Sävast.

The work involves accompanying her to school on weekdays. In the evenings and on weekends, you will work with the girl in her home environment. You will work closely with her in all tasks and contribute to creating security, development, and quality of life in her daily life.

This is an assignment with extensive care and supervision responsibilities, where you as an assistant need to be present, attentive, and confident in your role.

The working hours are scheduled on weekdays and weekends as follows:

• 07:15–16:00
• 16:00–21:00
• 21:00–07:15

We are looking for someone who wants to work extra when needed, with the possibility of stepping in during the day, evening, and weekends. Introduction can start immediately upon agreement.

ABOUT THE CLIENT

You will be working with a lovely 8-year-old girl who enjoys singing, books, and play. She appreciates presence, security, and the opportunity to share small and large moments together with her assistant.

At birth, she suffered from oxygen deprivation, which has led to extensive brain damage, multiple disabilities, intellectual disability, and epilepsy. She has extensive care needs and requires constant supervision as well as support in all parts of her daily life.

This means that you as an assistant are responsible for both basic care and medical tasks. She needs help with:

• Personal hygiene, dressing and undressing, and meals
• Mobility and medication
• Communication and social interaction
• Daily routines at home and school

She uses assistive devices such as a hoist, sucting machine, and feeding tube, and you will receive introduction and support to feel confident in all tasks.

REQUIREMENTS

• Very good knowledge of the Swedish language in speech and writing
• Previous experience working as a personal assistant or other care experience

Employment level: Temporary staff as needed

Salary: We apply individual salary setting. Other benefits in accordance with the collective agreement.

From March 1, 2026, new regulations will apply, meaning that the register check will include both extracts from the criminal record and extracts from the suspicion register. The extract is ordered via the Police Authority's e-service. Note that processing times may vary, so the order should be placed well in advance.
