Quality and Development Coordinator for the Child and Education Administration

About the role

As a Quality and Development Coordinator, you play a central role in the administration's development work. You work closely with principals, operational managers, and the administrative leadership, contributing to ensuring quality, equity, and goal achievement in operations. You serve as a qualified support in both development and follow-up work, with a coordinating function in several cross-administrative issues.

Responsibilities

In the role, you will among other things:

• Work in a team together with the administrative leadership
• Support principals in the implementation of national reforms and steering documents
• Work with quality development and systematic quality work
• Be responsible for and coordinate work related to inspections and supervision
• Process and follow up on complaints in accordance with current legislation
• Prepare cases and materials for the board
• Coordinate cross-administrative development initiatives
• Conduct environmental scanning and contribute to strategic development
• Participate in and initiate networks, both internally and externally

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who has:

• A university degree with a focus on pedagogy or other education that the employer finds relevant for the assignment
• Documented experience of working in a school leadership role
• Completed state principal training
• Good knowledge of the school's steering system, legislation, and current reforms
• Experience of quality and development work within the education sector

To succeed in the role, you are strategic and analytical with a good ability to see the big picture. You should be able to work independently and be structured with good prioritization skills. You should have good communication skills and be able to build trusting relationships. You are team-oriented and accustomed to working in complex organizations. You are also proactive and driving in development processes.

Conditions

The position is permanent and full-time, and you have a category B driver's license. Interviews may be held continuously during the application period.
