As a Production Engineer, you will have a varied and developmental role where you work close to production with a focus on improving, optimizing, and developing the company's processes and working methods. You will become an important part of the work to create a stable, sustainable, and well-functioning production where quality, efficiency, and working environment are at the center.

The role involves broad responsibility where you work both operationally and strategically with production development. You analyze flows and processes, identify areas for improvement, and drive initiatives that contribute to increased efficiency and better working methods. The work takes place in close collaboration with production, engineering, and other internal functions, which means many contact surfaces and a strong focus on collaboration and communication.

You will become part of an experienced and engaged team where knowledge sharing and support are a natural part of everyday life. Here there are good opportunities to develop in the role and influence the company's continued development and future working methods.

• Drive and develop improvement work within production.
• Analyze and optimize production flows and processes.
• Identify and implement efficient and sustainable working methods.
• Conduct analyses and follow-up related to production and capacity.
• Collaborate closely with production and internal functions in development and change work.

• Have a university degree or civil engineer degree in mechanical engineering, production, industrial economics, or a similar field.
• Have a good understanding of production flows and processes.
• Are proficient in Swedish and English as both languages are used in the work.

It is not a requirement but would be an advantage if you:

• Have experience working in production or in a similar role.
