Description of tasks:

We are currently looking for a personal assistant and travel assistant to act as a "spider in the web," providing support for our CEO who suffers from Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (CFS/ME). The role involves accompanying him on travels and assisting in the creation of a healing retreat for people with similar health conditions. Please note: The position is based primarily outside of Sweden, mostly in Portugal, so you must be able to be away from home at least 80% of the year.

Examples of work tasks:

  • Supporting our CEO during trips, including driving.
  • Managing travel logistics and hotel bookings.
  • Participating in health-promoting activities and providing emotional support.
  • Accompanying the CEO on rehabilitative walks and daily activities.
  • Assisting with daily chores: shopping, making phone calls, handling emails.
  • Accompanying the CEO to various health-related appointments and activities.

Description of qualifications:

We are looking for you who have previous work experience in personal assistance, the medical field, service, or working with people. You must speak fluent English and Swedish. A valid driving license is a requirement.

As a person, you are calm, empathetic, service-oriented, responsive, have initiative, and are open to learning new things.
