About the Financial Consultant Role

As a Financial Consultant at Treasury Systems, you have a central and business-critical role with clear ownership of driving system implementations and process development for some of the largest treasury organizations in the Nordics. You are a key figure in your customers' transformation journey towards a modern, efficient, and future-proof treasury function.

In this role, you work within the Professional Services team and collaborate closely with customers, Customer Success, and the technical product organization. You combine deep treasury expertise with project management, technical understanding, and advisory services, where you are responsible for leading implementations.

Your main responsibilities:

• Lead and participate in implementation projects for the Treasury Systems platform
• Conduct feasibility studies, requirement dialogues, and needs analyses (RFP, scoping)
• Assist customers with questions regarding treasury processes, risk management, and reporting
• Work on integrations with external systems and APIs (e.g., Bloomberg, Reuters, Power BI & ERP)
• Collaborate closely with product development to further develop the system based on customer needs and your experience
• Participate in workshops, industry conferences, and events, where you represent Treasury Systems and build new customer relationships
• Participate in ongoing customer support via the support system, including investigating error reports and providing support to customers during error resolution

About You

We are looking for someone with experience from in-house Corporate Treasury who wants to take the next step into a more business-oriented role, or someone working as an implementation consultant or project manager within treasury systems who wants to take broader responsibility close to the customer and product.

You have a strong foundation in the treasury area, are confident in dialogue with customers, and take ownership of your assignments. You thrive in a role with high tempo, complex issues, and many contact points, and you work in a structured, non-hierarchical, and solution-oriented manner.

Key requirements for the role:

• Practical experience from Corporate Treasury
• Good understanding of treasury processes and financial instruments, such as:
  • Currency and interest rate risks
  • Derivatives (e.g., interest rate swaps)
  • Intercompany loans, cash pools, and debt management
• Ability to translate business needs into functioning system solutions
• Interest in systems, processes, and efficiency improvements
• Good communication skills in Swedish and English

Merits for the role:

• Experience from different areas within treasury (back/middle/front office)
• Experience of system implementations within treasury or finance
• Project management experience in customer-facing environments
• Academic degree in economics or finance
