About the role

Libera is a staffing company specializing in logistics and production, with operations in Stockholm, Mälardalen, Norrköping, and Örebro. We offer services in staffing, recruitment, interim solutions, project-based assignments, and in-house solutions.

We are in a clear growth phase and achieved our strongest position to date in Q4 2025 – today, we are one of Sweden's 15 largest players in warehousing and logistics according to Kompetensföretagen.

We are now looking for a sales professional with experience from the staffing industry who wants to help continue building our business in the Stockholm region, with occasional work in Mälardalen.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for developing new business within the industrial and logistics segments, with a focus on new customer acquisition.

Your main tasks will include:

  • Prospecting and new customer acquisition
  • Booking and conducting client meetings
  • Identifying client needs and presenting solutions in staffing, logistics & recruitment
  • Driving the entire sales process from first contact to signed contract
  • Preparing quotes and business proposals
  • Ensuring a structured handover to the delivery organization
  • Developing and maintaining client relationships

Qualifications

Requirements:

  • At least 2–3 years of B2B sales experience
  • Experience from the staffing industry or related service sales
  • Experience with new customer acquisition and managing your own sales pipeline
  • Valid driver's license (Category B)
  • Good proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience selling to industrial or logistics companies
  • Existing network within the segment
  • Post-secondary education in sales, economics, or similar
