You who want to work hourly and are self-motivated

To succeed in your role, you need relevant education, experience, and skills as a painter. The work is varied, creative, and at times physically demanding. You will perform both small and large painting jobs for our customers, often in their private homes. The work may take place indoors or outdoors, so you should enjoy working in these environments. We would also appreciate it if you could wallpaper, both pattern-matched and plain wallpaper of various qualities.

We expect you to be accustomed to customer contact, to have good customer service skills, and to carry out assignments with the customer's needs in focus. You should care about building good relationships with our customers. Since you will have significant customer communication, it is important that you master the Swedish language in both speech and writing. We also expect you to have basic computer literacy (computer/mobile phone or similar platforms), as we use a digital business system to receive job offers, manage work orders, and report time, deviations, and feedback.
