About the Key Account Manager Role
As a Key Account Manager at Best Transport, you will be responsible for developing relationships with both existing and new customers, from prospecting to signed contracts. You combine strategic business thinking with operational execution and work closely with the Solution Design and Customer Success Manager teams to create value-creating logistics solutions.
You will be based at the headquarters at Globen in Stockholm and report to the Sales Director.
Your main responsibilities:
- Responsible for new customer acquisition and further development of existing business
- Drive business processes, including quoting, negotiations, and RFP/RFQ processes
- Identify and develop business opportunities within key industries such as retail, healthcare, manufacturing, construction, etc.
- Collaborate closely with internal functions to ensure high customer satisfaction and delivery quality.
- Ensure a continuous order flow and work towards set budget and result goals
- Actively contribute to further developing Best's offerings and their market position
About You
We are looking for someone who is confident in the sales role and has an established network within the logistics and transport industry. You are an independent, structured, and goal-oriented salesperson, driven by creating value for both the customer and the business, with a clear focus on results as well as strong and long-term customer relationships.
Key requirements for the role:
- Documented experience and success in selling to medium and large enterprise customers. You can provide clear examples of previous deals you have closed successfully.
- Background in logistics and transport, meaning you have a well-developed network within the industry.
- Strong ability to identify customer needs and create long-term customer relationships.
- Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
