Do you want to lead the Swedish Enforcement Authority's journey towards a data-driven agency?

We are now facing the challenge of accelerating our data and analytics capabilities, establishing a common data platform, creating business value from our information, and building the working methods and governance required to succeed cross-functionally.

About the Job

We are looking for a person who can serve as the central figure for developing the agency's data and analytics capabilities and driving the work on the new architecture. You will help shape how we organize ourselves, which competencies we develop, and how we work. Your mission will be to develop, drive, and coordinate data and analytics capabilities cross-functionally.

The role is new and is placed within the agency's architecture unit. It combines a clear mandate to lead and advance the data and analytics area with strategic architecture work.

In this role, you will work, among other things, with:

  • Understanding and anchoring the agency's overarching need for data and analytics as a basis for strategic decisions and architecture development.
  • Contributing to the development of target architecture and architecture principles, as well as a roadmap for the data and analytics area.
  • Driving data governance, data quality, and data lineage work so that the agency's data becomes known, traceable, and reliable.
  • Contributing to shaping the organization, roles, and competencies within the data and analytics area.
  • Ensuring that data is prepared for AI and machine learning and supports the agency's AI strategy.
  • Collaborating with other roles such as business developers, architects, and others, following developments in the external environment, and participating in the agency's architecture governance and external cooperation.

About You

As an employee at the Swedish Enforcement Authority, you are expected to live up to our employee policy.

You take initiative, are engaged, and take responsibility for achieving goals. You contribute to the development of the business and help your colleagues succeed. You treat others with respect, kindness, and actively listen to others while showing a positive attitude.

You are analytical, see the big picture, and translate strategic insights into concrete deliverables. You have good judgment and high integrity and always work to create the greatest possible value for the agency. You take responsibility and have a coaching approach that engages and builds trust with those you collaborate with.

Since we work cross-functionally, it is important that you have an easy time creating and maintaining good relationships. You are structured and can both collaborate to achieve common goals and work independently to drive development forward. You have very good communication skills and can explain data issues to different target groups within the organization in a pedagogical way.

Your Qualifications

  • Very good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.

It is desirable that you have
