Sigtuna Municipality is a place of great diversity. Here you will find a vibrant countryside, a small town, and an international airport. A rich cultural heritage and cultural diversity. A proud history and ambitious future plans. Perhaps this is why the drive to grow, change, and develop is so strong. It is also why it is so exciting to work here. With us, you become part of a flat hierarchy and innovative culture where we help each other and value each other's knowledge, differences, and experiences. The work is often varied, sometimes challenging, but always meaningful. Welcome!

Do you want to work in an organization where structure, planning, and collaboration make a real difference? Sigtuna Municipality's libraries are now looking for an engaged scheduler who wants to help create good conditions for both employees and the business! With us, you will have an important role in planning and coordinating the staffing of the libraries. At the same time, you will become part of an organization that works with reading promotion, participation, culture, and democracy for all residents of the municipality.

The Culture and Leisure Administration works to promote culture and leisure activities in the municipality. We are a politically directed service organization where the residents are our commissioners. Together, we find new ideas and solutions that contribute to the residents' quality of life, sustainability, health, integration, and reduced social exclusion.

Sigtuna's libraries are located in four places in the municipality: Märsta, Sigtuna, Valsta, and Rosersberg. The position will be located in the newly built Mimer Cultural House in Valsta, a lively and activating meeting place with generous opening hours where actors and activities from the entire municipality work together for a meaningful leisure time and equal living conditions for all our residents!

  • Produce statistics, key figures, and follow-up related to schedules and staffing
  • Educate and support employees and managers in schedule and personnel-related systems and processes, including during the introduction of new employees
  • Perform other administrative and outward-facing tasks related to the business, including registration of working hours and absence in the personnel program PersonecP
  • The role includes work at the library's information desks, where you provide service, support, and guidance to visitors.

  • Have post-secondary education, preferably with an administrative focus, or other education and/or work experience that the employer considers relevant
  • Have experience working with schedule administration and staffing planning based on laws and agreements governing the placement of working hours
