We are looking for two female personal assistants

We are looking for two female personal assistants who can work daytime hours and accompany the individual to and from school, at school, and at home, as well as occasionally on some weekends and during school holidays.

You will be an important support in her daily life, both with practical tasks and in social activities. We therefore hope that you are an active person who enjoys finding fun things to do together.

We see that you are sensitive and attentive, and have good cooperation skills with relatives. We hope that you are a happy and positive person. We would like you to be confident in yourself and have the ability to take personal responsibility, be reliable, and be flexible.

Previous experience in personal assistance is meritorious, but the right attitude and good personal chemistry are equally important.

About the position

Number of positions: 2

Employment type: Permanent employment.

We are looking for two employees for positions of approximately 80% each.

Responsibilities

• Support with personal care such as hygiene, dressing and undressing
• Meals via button/communication aid
• Transfers and other physical assistance
• Accompanying to school and providing support during the school day
• Support with communication and social interaction
• Accompanying and providing support during activities and leisure interests
• Working structurally based on routines, implementation plans, and current guidelines
• Collaboration with colleagues, relatives, and other professionals

Qualifications and Merits

• You have the ability to work with other people; to listen, show empathy, and respect.
• You are calm, confident, and accustomed to handling various situations that arise.
• You have the ability to adapt to changed conditions. You encourage and support change initiatives. You easily adapt your behavior in relation to the needs of other people.
• Experience working with children with functional variations is meritorious, but the most important thing is that you are curious and willing to learn.
• Experience working with persons with epilepsy is meritorious.
• Valid B-driver's license
