RESPONSIBILITIES

As a resource person, your main responsibility is to provide support for a child with functional variations inside and outside the preschool during various daily activities.

This may involve support with dressing and undressing, meal situations, creating conditions for participation in activities, and individual stimulation for development.

You will be part of a work team and the preschool's operations.

QUALIFICATIONS

Desirable education includes the nursing program or other healthcare education that the employer deems relevant for the assignment. We would like you to have experience from similar work and working with children with functional variations, as well as experience from preschool activities.

You have a genuine interest in working with children and the ability to see children's individual needs and conditions. As a person, you are calm and skilled at building good relationships with both children, colleagues, and guardians.

You see opportunities, think positively, take responsibility, and are proactive. We place great emphasis on personal suitability.
