Your responsibilities

In the role of Customer and Project Manager within the electricity grid, you will become a key person in our grid operations. You will work closely with customers, contractors, and colleagues, playing a vital role in keeping projects together from start to finish.

We are an engaged team with short decision-making paths and a culture characterized by cooperation and joy in work. Here you will have a varied daily routine where you combine customer contact with project management and development work.

Your closest colleagues will be Sebastian and Thomas, and you will report to Joachim, who is the head of the Electricity Grid and Urban Network Department.

In the role, you are responsible for, among other things:

• Project Management: Drive and coordinate projects within the electricity grid, from planning to implementation and follow-up.
• Customer Contact: Handle customer cases, connections, and answer various questions related to the electricity grid.
• Quality & Economy: Ensure that our projects maintain high quality and that we have control over budget, costs, and schedules.
• Infrastructure: Work with investments, maintenance, documentation, and development of our facilities: from receiving stations, lines, network stations, and cable cabinets.

Your profile

You have a background in electricity and thrive in a role where you get to take responsibility and drive the work forward. You are structured, solution-oriented, and have the ability to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously without losing sight of the big picture.

You are confident in meetings with people and have an easy time building trust, both with customers and colleagues. Since we work closely together, we value cooperation, lack of hierarchy, and a willingness to contribute where needed.

Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written, as well as a B-driver's license, are required. Experience from the electricity grid industry is of course meritorious, but not a requirement - the most important thing for us is your drive, your sense of responsibility, and your desire to develop together with your colleagues!
