WorkNordic is a staffing and recruitment company that has been supplying personnel to the construction and civil engineering industry in Sweden and Norway since 2008. Through our platform WorkNorway, we also help Nordic employers find the right competence in a number of other industries.

We are now looking for a structured Economic and Payroll Administrator at 50% who wants to help build and grow with us.

The position is initially at 50% but may be expanded in line with the company's growth.

You do not need to be fully independent with many years of experience; you can be at the beginning of your career, with one or a few years of relevant work experience.

About the role:

You are responsible for the company's ongoing economic functions.

The role is operational but with the opportunity to grow in responsibility over time.

We work in Fortnox.

Your main tasks:

• Payroll administration (knowledge of collective agreements in construction is an advantage)
• Handling of allowances and time reports
• Customer invoicing
• Ongoing bookkeeping
• Customer and supplier accounts
• Reconciliations
• Support in financial follow-up

Advantageous:

• Experience from staffing
• Experience with payroll in construction
• Experience with Fortnox
