Hello! My name is Sarah Lindgren and I work as Operations Manager at Frostbrunnsgården HVB. We are now looking for you who want to work as a Treatment Coordinator with us.

As a Treatment Coordinator at Frostbrunnsgården HVB, you will become an important part of the operation. Together, we help each other meet challenges and move the operation forward with a focus on good treatment results.

About Frostbrunnsgården HVB

Frostbrunnsgården HVB is a small and family-like residence with eight places. We receive boys aged 13–17 with various forms of psychosocial problems, such as early-stage criminality, acting-out behavior, staying in inappropriate environments involving crime or drugs, disrupted schooling, and dysfunctional family relationships. These problems are often linked to neuropsychiatric diagnoses.

Here, we work with the youths' motivation and active participation to create behavioral change. We work based on learning psychological principles and evidence-based methods with a focus on CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy). Other parts of our treatment setup include primarily rePULSE and social skills training. All placed youths are offered mapping conversations with a licensed psychologist in connection with placement.

About the Position

In the role of Treatment Coordinator at Frostbrunnsgården HVB, you will be a key person in the treatment work. You will be responsible for the treatment processes, planning, and follow-up of the placed youths, as well as for supervising the staff group in the daily treatment work.

Main responsibilities:

• Independently coordinate and plan tasks, review, and develop the quality of the operation.
• Ongoing administrative tasks, such as journal documentation, review of monthly reports, etc.
• Draw up and revise implementation plans, risk assessments, etc.
• Overall responsibility for organizing, planning, and carrying out interventions for the youths based on their individual needs.
• Collaborate with social services, schools, guardians, and other relevant actors.

Working hours and degree of employment: Daytime, 100%.

We apply a 6-month probation period.

Who are you?

As a person, you are organized, engaged, and responsible. You have most likely previously worked in a coordinating role and have good knowledge of documentation. You are used to independently planning and executing your work and have a good ability to juggle many "balls in the air".

Since you will have a supervisory role towards the staff to some extent, you are a good communicator, humble, and clear with a positive outlook. You have a good ability to adapt relationally in your approach and find it easy to cooperate and collaborate both internally and externally.

For this position, it is required that you:

• Are educated as a social worker, behavioral scientist, or have equivalent education.
• Have a B driving license.
• Have previous experience in social work.

It is also meritorious if you:

• Have education in CBT or other treatment methods/manuals.
• Have experience from a similar role.
• Have previous experience working within HVB (residential care).
• Have previous experience working with the target group.
