About the role

At Perido, we are looking for an HR Business Partner with an economic background for our client. The company is a global leading provider of transport solutions and, together with partners and customers, drives the transition to a sustainable transport system. The position is based at the client's office in Södertälje. The role benefits from being on-site to gain a deep understanding of the business and to settle into the role effectively, with flexibility based on business needs. Typically, there is an opportunity for remote work up to two days per week.

Your responsibilities

The role involves supporting managers in both operational and change-related activities within the People & Culture area, while contributing with structure, coaching, and HR expertise.

Areas of responsibility:

• Support managers in both daily operations and change initiatives
• Create structure and drive change work within the organization
• Build relationships and establish trust with various stakeholders
• Work both independently and in close collaboration with others
• Coach, train, and develop managers
• Communicate and formulate messages clearly in both speech and writing
• Work broadly across the entire People & Culture area

Your profile

You are an experienced and relationship-building HR Business Partner with a solution-oriented approach and a positive attitude. With high integrity, you build trusting relationships at all levels of the organization and thrive in a role where you support and develop both managers and employees. You work equally well independently and in teams, and you have a non-hierarchical and communicative approach in your work. Furthermore, you have strong analytical skills and can prioritize and handle multiple parallel tasks in a changing and sometimes high-intensity environment.

Qualifications:

• University degree in HR or equivalent
• Extensive experience in the People & Culture area, preferably as an HR Business Partner, with experience supporting both white-collar workers and blue-collar employees
• Experience working with various systems
• Good communication skills in both Swedish and English, both verbal and written

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience working with SAP SuccessFactors

Scope and start date

Full-time, consultancy assignment for 6 months, with the possibility of extension. Immediate start.
